10. No misuse
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, reverse engineer it or access it through automated means without permission.
11. User content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give Girl AI a limited license to store and process it to provide the service.
12. Generated content
Images and messages produced in your chats are for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
13. Intellectual property
The Girl AI name, characters, artwork, design and site content belong to Girl AI and its licensors.
14. Free and paid features
Some features are free and others require payment. Prices and what is included are shown before you buy.
15. Subscriptions and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
16. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
17. Virtual items
Any credits or virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the service.
